Job Description:

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service, and getting leads for new clients and projects.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Strong Experience in New Client Acquisition.
  • Should have good knowledge of IT Products, Solutions, and Services.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets Especially Europe, the USA, Middle East.
  • Generate New inquiries and convert all given inquiries into paying customers.
  • Must have Capabilities to Bring Business Self Skills, No dependencies.
  • Business closure with the best practices in the International Market.
  • Must have interaction with the client via the best medium available - cold calling or Google Meet and generate the requirement from the client.
  • SRS (Software Requirement Specification) proposal document preparation, Ability to SLA and NDA preparation.
  • Must know the Technical- IT background and prepare technical specification documentation.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.
  • Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise/consult others about them.
  • Train members of your team, arranging external training that meets business standards and requirements.
  • If required, the ability to generate social media Promotional activity and analyze them closely.
  • Connect with the financial department for invoices and other prospects.
  • Seek new ways of improving business trends and ways of business operations.
  • Ability to accept the challenges to generate high-end business leads and board to the company successfully.

  • Well-versed with various aspects of the sales process from lead generation, pre-sales, account management, post-sales & support
